Illen and I first introduced ourselves to Lisa about five years ago. We traveled from outside the province looking for a place and when we saw Predator Ridge we knew we had found our ideal location. Lisa took us through three full days of home viewing at different times over the years. Although all the homes we viewed were wonderful, it wasn't until our third trip that the perfect house / location popped for us! Lisa was patient and calm through those five plus years. We were referred to Lisa by a friend. From the first phone call we felt we were in positive professional hands. Upon our arrival, Lisa was very thorough in not only showing us property in our price range, but making sure we understood the market in the area, providing past sales and unique information on each of the different neighbourhoods and the surrounding area. As a resident of Predator Ridge for 20 years, Lisa was able to provide us with a comprehensive history of the development including each home we viewed. In so doing we were able to make a quick decision to put in an offer on a house before flying home. Negotiating, achieving due diligence and meeting deadlines from a distance can be challenging but Lisa made the process so much easier for us to navigate. Lisa advised us at every step, set up needed appointments for inspection, approvals and lawyer and was always available to answer the tough questions. It was very reassuring that Lisa was quick to respond to messages, emails and phone calls! It certainly helped to made the whole process smooth and seamless! Thanks again for a job well done!
